Overview
The licence follows the facility. DHA for many Dubai Health facilities, DHCA for Dubai Healthcare City, MOHAP for many federal and other-emirate facilities. Sitting DHA because a friend in Dubai did DHA, then joining a Sharjah MOH hospital, is how people pay twice. Use the license finder with the emirate and employer type.

- DataFlow profiles can be reused in some processes — still not a licence transfer by default.
